The Office of Pre-Health Professions Advising offers guidance for current 91大神 students interested in pursuing a career in the professional healthcare field. 

"Pre-Health" is not a major, it's a goal.

Your Pre-Health Professions Advisor will help you choose the best major possible to help you become the best candidate for one of the many health-related graduate programs.

Students maintain all the benefits of an Academic Advisor, to guide them through degree coursework and confirm they are on track to graduate, while gaining a Pre-Health Professions Advisor to ensure they are building a competitive application and meeting the prerequisite requirements for their desired professional healthcare program.

  • help make sure that you complete all of the prerequisite courses for the professional healthcare program of your choosing while you are meeting your degree requirements
  • provide resume assistance, personal statement help, interviewing etiquette tips, and application support
  • help you find community service opportunities, leadership roles, and research positions on campus by referring you to a wide variety of resources

All of these activities are important in the development of extracurricular skills that the admissions boards of professional healthcare school are seeking.
