As we bid farewell to another fantastic year of Charger Fit, we鈥檙e thrilled to celebrate the incredible participation and achievements of our employees in 2024! Among the highlights of the program, 100 employees are set to receive a $150 wellness incentive for meeting all program requirements. Congratulations to all of our Charger Fit champions for making wellness a priority!
This reward, included in the final paycheck of the year on December 20, 2024, reflects our campus鈥� dedication to embracing health and wellness throughout the year. Additionally, 149 employees throughout the year were awarded $50 gift cards for completing their biometric screenings鈥攁 great step toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Looking ahead to 2025, we鈥檙e excited to announce some big changes and improvements. A new wellness platform and vendor, Personify, will be launching, bringing increased incentive opportunities and greater earning potential for participants. Communications regarding registration will be emailed to all eligible employees within the first week of January. Additionally, January's Wellness Wednesday will feature a virtual demo of the new online platform. Stay tuned for more details and updates in the new year!
